TOOTH GORE, Bank Holiday and SKORTS... New music ahoy!

Wow, there are a lot of capital letters going on in today's episode title, but thats cool, because the acts on this weeks show are 100% worth shouting about.

As always, Jim Salveson sits down with a trio of brilliant emerging artists to find out a little about their story, their inspiration and (of course) their latest tunes. This week;

SKORTS: Super cool band ripped from the New York underground rock scene. Florence and the Machine meets Queens of the Stone Age, meets Jefferson Airplane all knitted together with a undeniably funky bass line. Ace.

Bank Holiday: Fun indie pop that rages against the too-cool-for-school swagger of the Manchester music scene. Bank Holiday are a band who are clearly making the music they love and thats a great reason for you to love it too.

TOOTH GORE: The chilled surf vibe of Newquay mixed with the inner city punk of Mile End. Tooth Gore (aka Kobi Joe) melds together both styles and places to create a sound that is uniquely his.
